#1 AWG NU-SLEEVE VPI-200 A Fiberglass Overbraided Silicone Rubber Coated Sleeving 220°C, natural, 100 FT per spool

Part: DELVPI200.01

Manufacturer: Delfingen

Manufacturer #: VP2000001

NU-SLEEVE VPI-200 is a double wall coated fiberglass sleeving. It is made by applying a layer of silicone rubber to a braided electrical grade fiberglass substrate to produce a Grade A silicone rubber coated fiberglass sleeving. The sleeving is then overbraided with a 3-ply fiberglass MIL-Y-1140H yarn to provide a high degree of abrasion resistance and saturability for vacuum pressure impregnation.

The overbraid bonding process adheres the overbraid to the silicone coated substrate and minimizes end fray to improve the assembly performance and eliminate long-term handling effects of operator dermatitis.

NU-SLEEVE VPI-200 has excellent electrical properties, excellent heat stability and is designed to wick-in and retain resins for added dielectric and mechanical properties without the excessive bulk.

NU-SLEEVE VPI-200 features high dielectric protection, maximum flexibility for ease of installation, improved abrasion resistance, non-slip bond between layers and has a minimum dielectric strength of 8,000 volts. For higher voltage ratings, consult Delfingen.
