ORDERING METHODS
Electrowind | Electrowind Converting Solutions offers a variety of methods for you to order your materials and custom parts. Select the method that suits you best:
- By phone: Call us at 800.265.8340 (or 800.361.6448 for Quebec residents or to speak to bilingual reps) to speak to one of our highly-trained, friendly local customer service representatives and place your order.
- By email: Email us at ontario@electro-wind.com to place your order. We will process your order right away during regular business hours.
- By fax: Fax your order to 519.836.6629 (or 514.631.0978 for Quebec residents or to speak to bilingual reps). We will process your order right away during regular business hours.
- By account manager: We offer dedicated account managers that are in regular contact with our customers to ensure satisfaction. You can relay your order to your account manager during a sales call and they will place your order for you.
- Online: Electrowind has access to over 20,000 products available through our supplier partners. Many of these products can be ordered directly through our website. Just look for the “Add to Order” option that allows you to build your order which will then be processed and shipped by our staff with the industry-leading customer service that we are known for. In addition, all of our online products offer the option for you to submit a request for quote which our staff will process right away during regular business hours in order to get you a quick turnaround on your quote request. Just look for the “Request a Quote” or “Quick Quote” buttons on our website to submit your request.
- Live chat: You can place your order with our staff during regular business hours directly from our website using the Live Chat option. Just look for the “We’re Online” box at the bottom right-hand side of your screen to chat with a live agent.
- Mobile options: You can access our easy and user-friendly mobile version of our website directly from your phone and tablet. All of our online products are available from our mobile site with straightforward search tools and easy navigation.
- In person: Although we do not offer an order counter, we do accept walk-ins at our Guelph and Montreal locations during regular business hours. It is always best to notify us prior to a visit so that we can be available to serve you during your visit. Call 800.265.8340 for Guelph or 800.361.6448 for Montreal to schedule your in-person visit.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay by Electrowind credit account, credit card, cheque, direct deposit, money transfer or cash (in person only).
Depending on your location, order history and order size; Electrowind has the right to restrict the method of payment available to you for security/fraud prevention reasons.
Whichever payment method you use, your order will be assigned a unique invoice number allowing you to track your order’s progress.
